We're back in The Mall

The Mall in Blackburn are re-launching their Rewards scheme.  We will be visiting with face painting, temporary airbrush tattoos and balloon modelling on 20 February, 6 March and 13 March between 10.00 am - 4.00 pm.  We are likely to be busy so if  you want painting, tattooing or a balloon do come down early!
